§1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between lookto UG (limited liability) and its customers in connection with the purchase, use, and distribution of the digital product yuuflow Guide, as well as related programs such as the yuu Referral ProgramAssistance Services, digital add-ons, or partner formats.

They apply globally, regardless of the user’s country of residence.

§2 Conclusion of Contract and Use

  • The contract is concluded upon completion of the order process via the website or third-party platforms (e.g., systeme.io, Gumroad).

  • The contractual language is German. In case of dispute, only the German version of these GTC shall apply.

  • The guide is currently provided as a digital file (e.g., PDF). Additional formats – such as country-specific add-ons, bonus content, or protected member areas – may be added at any time.

  • Private individuals acquire a license for personal use only.

  • Companies, organizations, and educational institutions require a separate license for internal training, multiple use, or public access, to be arranged individually.

  • Any sharing, reproduction, or use in events, educational, or training contexts is only permitted with prior consultation.

§3 Prices, Payment, and Technical Platforms

  • All prices are final and listed in euros (EUR).

  • Payments are processed through payment service providers contracted by lookto UG.

  • Access to the product is granted after receipt of payment.

  • Prices and offerings may change at any time but will not apply retroactively to prior purchases.

  • Third-party technical systems (e.g., payment processors, platforms) are outside of lookto UG’s responsibility. No liability is assumed for their outages, malfunctions, or data losses.

§4 Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

  • As this is a digital product, the right of withdrawal expires once the download begins, provided the customer has agreed to this during the order process (§ 356(5) BGB).

  • Automatic refunds are excluded. In case of problems, an amicable solution will be sought.

§5 Content, Liability, and User Responsibility

  • The guide and all accompanying services are intended for self-reflection, education, and orientation and do notconstitute medical, legal, or therapeutic advice.

  • No liability is assumed for any actions and/or decisions made by users based on the content.

  • In formats involving personal interaction (e.g., sparring sessions), no therapeutic relationship is established. Participation is entirely at the user’s own risk.

  • Any recommendations concerning migration, authorities, or residence matters do not replace official legal or governmental advice.

§6 Copyright and Licensing

  • All content is protected by copyright.

  • Any reproduction, distribution, publication, or commercial use – even partial – is prohibited without written permission.

  • License types:

    • Single license (private use)

    • Organizational license (e.g., for schools, NGOs, companies)

  • In the event of proven violations, lookto UG reserves the right to impose contractual penalties and pursue civil or criminal legal action.

§7 Brand and Reputation Protection

  • The name “yuuflow” and related terms, formats, and logos may not be used in unlawful, discriminatory, extremist, or inappropriate contexts.

  • The deliberate spread of false or damaging statements about products, the provider, or involved persons may result in legal action.

  • lookto UG may restrict or terminate programs, products, or access at any time for legal, security, or business-related reasons.

§8 International Use and Local Legal Compliance

  • The content may only be used in accordance with the laws applicable in the user’s country of residence.

  • lookto UG assumes no responsibility for any consequences arising from illegal use in other countries.

  • Users are responsible for ensuring that receiving and using the content is legal in their location.

§9 Data Protection

The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the privacy policy available at www.yuuflow.com/datenschutz.

§10 Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

  • The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

  • The place of jurisdiction is Fürth, Germany.

  • Mandatory consumer protection provisions in the user’s country of residence remain unaffected.

§11 Transfer of Rights

lookto UG may transfer rights and obligations arising from these GTC to another legal entity, provided the purpose of the offer remains unchanged.

§12 Inactive Use / Time Limits

Unused services or credit (e.g., commissions) do not expire automatically but may be reviewed or deactivated after 12 months of inactivity. Notification will be sent by email beforehand.

§13 Final Provisions

  • If individual provisions of these GTC are or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The invalid clause will be replaced by the applicable statutory provision.

  • The most recent version of these GTC is effective from the time it is published on the official website or relevant sales platform.

    Changes apply to all future use, bookings, and contracts. No separate notification is required.

Annex A: yuu Referral Program

§A1 Participation & Registration

  • The program is open to individuals and legal entities aged 18 and over.

  • Registration requires acceptance of these GTC and the creation of a partner account (e.g., via systeme.io).

  • lookto UG may exclude participants at any time without providing reasons.

§A2 Commissions & Payout

Standard commission:

  • 30% of the net sales value per guide

Bonus tiers:

  • After 10 verified sales per month:

    • +2.5% bonus

    • +€50 one-time bonus

  • After 25 verified sales per month:

    • +2.5% bonus (total: 20%)

    • +€150 one-time bonus

  • Selected partners: up to 25% total commission (by agreement)

Payout conditions:

  • Quarterly payouts, minimum €300

  • Early payout possible on request

  • Payout in EUR via PayPal (other methods optional)

  • Transaction fees will be deducted

  • No retroactive changes to rates

§A3 Conduct, Responsibilities, and Exclusion

  • Partners act independently; no employment or subcontractor relationship exists.

  • Tax obligations must be fulfilled by the partner in their country.

  • Before payouts, all required personal or organizational data must be submitted.

  • Incorrect payouts must be refunded without delay.

  • Misleading advertising, spam, or brand misuse will lead to exclusion.

  • lookto UG may engage international debt collection services if necessary.

§A4 Termination

  • Either party may terminate the program at any time.

  • In the case of serious violations, payout may be withheld.

  • Commission claims are subject to German statutory limitation periods.

Annex B: Assistance & Sparring

§B1 Purpose and Framework

  • These offerings provide impulses and reflection support, and do not constitute therapy, legal, or health advice.

  • A professional boundary is maintained. There is no entitlement to personal care or constant availability.

§B2 Booking & Process

  • Appointments are scheduled individually.

  • Rescheduling is free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment.

  • No-shows without notice result in forfeiture of entitlement to a refund or replacement.

§B3 Commissions for Referred Services (Assistance Commissions)

Standard:

  • 15% of the net value per booked service

Bonus tiers (based on guide sales):

  • After 10: +2.5% + €50

  • After 25: +2.5% (total: 20%) + €150

  • Selected partners: up to 25% on assistance services

§B4 Confidentiality

All conversations and content are confidential and may not be shared without consent unless legally required.
